By accessing High Society you agree to use the platform for lawful purposes only. Membership is personal and non-transferable. Access codes are issued per member and may not be shared, resold, or distributed. We reserve the right to revoke access for any account found violating these terms without refund.
We collect only the information necessary to operate the platform: name, email, and billing details. We never sell or rent personal data to third parties. All data is encrypted in transit. You may request data deletion at any time by emailing support.highsociety@gmail.com. Payment processing is handled by Stripe — we do not store card details.
Memberships do not auto-renew. When your subscription expires, your access code will stop working and the app will lock. To renew, visit the website and click Renew Subscription — enter your existing access code and complete payment. Your code will be extended by one month. You cannot renew a code that was never purchased — renewal is only available to existing members with a valid code on record.
All payments are final and non-refundable once an access code has been issued. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact us at support.highsociety@gmail.com and we will investigate and resolve it. We respond to all support requests within 4 business days.

For lost access codes, include your payment receipt and we will reissue your code. For billing disputes, contact us before initiating a chargeback — we are always happy to help.
High Society is a curated community. Harassment, dishonest selling, pyramid schemes, scamming, and sharing of proprietary course content are immediate grounds for permanent removal without refund. Treat every member as a peer. This community exists to elevate — keep it that way.
Affiliates earn commission on verified referrals. Payouts are processed via email request to support.highsociety@gmail.com — include a screenshot of your referral history and payment details. We process withdrawal requests manually and respond within 4 business days. Self-referrals, fraudulent traffic, and trademark bidding are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to withhold commissions on chargebacks or policy violations.
All curriculum, recordings, frameworks, and platform content remain the exclusive property of High Society. Members receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal study only. Redistribution, screen recording for sharing, or training AI models on our content is strictly prohibited.
